sbk
Source: ThaisNews 50 sea rescue volunteers in Krabi underwent training sessions on rescue operations, held in the Nopparat Tara national park in Krabi. The eight day training workshop was co-organized by the Thai Red Cross Society, The Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish Red Cross with Krabi governor Siwa Sirisaowalak presiding over the opening ceremony on Tuesday. The program aims at enhancing local personnel skills to assist residents and tourists promptly in case of any emergency. Excellent idea, they should have something like this in every major diving area in Thailand
