I received a letter from Arrow Global's debt collector. I wonder what the difference is with Robinson, Moorcroft, Rossendales. If they are still collecting debt? Sorry if I was asked because I am not familiar with them.

@Steven, i think maybe they are difference in agency or name but still debt collector. If you receive a letter from Moorcoft that is notices. This is a useful site and do not ignore that letter

All letters relating to unsecured debt should be ignored in the UK.

In 5 years the debt is expunged from your record, replying to a request for money resets the 5 year clock.

Unless you want to pay it of course.
