Medical certificate in BKK

Hello,

 

Do you know any private hospital or a clinic in The Khao San or Thewet Area

where I can get a medical certificate in an hour or two, including the results

of urine and blood tests (for syphilis)?

 

I heard that I can't get one in the government hospitals in BKK, though.
