Video: "Sinner" steals the merit making money from Pattaya beach road bar

CCTV footage from Bart Navy Bar on Pattaya Beach Road showed a thief crawl in and steal from a merit making tree of money. 

 

The We Love Pattaya site called the thief a sinner. 

 

The time on the camera indicated that the theft was around 4.30 am on Monday. 

 

The bar in Soi 7 is about 200 meters from the Pattaya police station.

 

Such trees are often set up in bars and are a way to collect donations for "tham bun" (merit making).

Thieves are despicable, but to leave money in an open environment, in this day and age, is hardly a bright idea. Thieves have no morals.
