Forrest Gump trainers and Alien 'facehugger' among film items up for auction

 

The screen matched running shoes and socks worn by Tom Hanks in the 1994 film Forrest Gump

 

Forrest Gump's trainers, a Jurassic Park T-Rex skull and a Batman batsuit are among several items of film memorabilia expected to fetch hundreds of thousands of pounds at auction.

 

A Stormtrooper's helmet, a "facehugger" from Alien and Russell Crowe's Gladiator armour are also among the pieces being sold by The Prop Store, which has offices in London and Los Angeles and sells film and TV memorabilia.
