Online 90 Day Report

Featured Replies

Recently i had all my required stamps moved to my new passport, i have at present a 1 year retirement visa. I have previously never attempted to perform a online report. When i go to the webite and fill in all the details it informs me to contact my IMO.

When i fill in the details using my old passport number it lets me proceed to section 2

Would i need to depart Thailand and perform a border run and then receive a new TM-6 in order to get the new passport to be accepted on the online system.

Yes, you wont be able to do online 90 day until after a re-entry.

join the club fellow poster  what a system   i recently tried the 90 day app came up with 200 day overstay on my old pp number and with new pp number    refer to local office even though i have recently submitted sucessfully  my latest report at said office   how disjointed is that

the only redeeming point is that a new office has opened in my town  (so called city)   giving me easy acess to the services they offer

It does seem strange that they cannot link the new PP # to the current TM6 when you visit to transfer stamps, assuming that's what really inhibits the use of a new passport with the online 90 day reporting system. This anomaly has long been identified. The code must be buried in some legacy app.

It shouldn't help, but I plan to give the mobile app a try, before heading to Imm - I'll have to get a new multiple re-entry permit anyway - plan to try that reservation system.

Next we'll be told we need to file a new TM30 when we get a new passport? /joking.
