Highlight of this afternoon's play at the World Six Red Snooker Championships will be popular veteran Jimmy White MBE of England taking on Scotland's Stephen Maguire.

 

The best of 11 frames last 16 encounter starts at 2 pm at the BCC Hall at Central Plaza Lat Prao in northern Bangkok. Entrance is 200 baht that includes access to the evening session. 

 

Other matches starting at 2 pm are Ding Junhui (China) vs Graeme Dott (Scotland), Passakorn Suwannawat (Thailand) vs Ali Carter (England) and Gary Wilson (England) vs Yan Bingtao (China). 

 

Passakorn is the last Thai left in the tournament.

 

The quarter finals (best of 11 frames) will follow at 6.30 pm. 

 

Friday's semi finals (best of 13) are at 3 pm and 6.30 pm (200 baht admission).

 

The final on Saturday (admission 300 baht) which is the best of 15 frames starts at 2.30 pm and follows a special exhibition match starting at 11 am between Thai veteran Ratchapol Pu-Ob-Om or "Tong" and seven times world 15 red snooker champion Stephen Hendry MBE of Scotland who is visiting Bangkok.
