On Wednesday Afternoon, a Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation Boat approached the Bali Hai Port with an additional passenger picked up in the waters off Lin Island near Larn Island, some 4kms off the coast of Pattaya. Fishermen reported to the Rescue Foundation that a floating corpse had been spotted in the water, earlier that day. The rescuers recovered the badly decomposed body along with a detached skull. An initial inspection confirmed the body to be that of a man, however the nationality and cause of death could not be determined. A post mortem examination is now underway.
