Where is the closest office to setup direct debit with PEA for my electric bill in Central Pattaya? Thank you all.  MS>

Two years ago I set up the auto-debit from my bank account at the office in Big C Xtra on Pattaya Klang, so they (at least used to) do it.

 

IIRC, they gave me a form which I took to Bangkok Bank (also in Big C Xtra) and returned with the completed form and that was it.
