METV Re Entry

Featured Replies

Hi all and thank you for taking the time here.

I have an METV, re entered on 24/08 and got 60 days, which gave me to 22/10 as it expires on 14/09. But I have book travel to Vietnam on 24/09. Murphy's Law! Something has come up and I wish to re enter Thailand before the expiry on 22/10. Can I do this or do the days after the METV expiry (14/09) mean that such an exit voids the the expiry date of 22/10 and no re entry. Thank you for your time and assistance.

If you do an entry on or before the day your METV expires you will get a new 60 day entry.

You could get a re-entry permit to keep the remainder of the 60 day entry you have now valid when you enter using it.
