Kevin Hart sued for $60 million over 2017 sex tape by model who claims she was 'secretly recorded'

Kevin Hart and others are being sued $60m (£48.4m) by model Montia Sabagg over a 2017 sex tape.

 

In the lawsuit, Sabagg claims she was secretly filmed having consensual intercourse with the comedian in a Las Vegas hotel room.

 

Sabagg accuses Hart, his former friend Jonathan Todd Jackson, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and other related companies of intentional infliction of emotional distress, violations of privacy and negligence.

 

In the suit, Sabagg claims she "had no knowledge that the intimate activity" depicted in the footage of her and Hart "was being recorded".

Wow, I didn't know porn stars make so much money. She must be the f#%$ of the century if she wants 60 million.

Why bother? Guys married also i believe. This with the recent car accident and some inscecitive comments he made doing standup a while ago will probably be the end of him? Sort of hope so???? Never found him funny just a little overactive loud mouth.

'Modeling' business must of been very good for her. I googled up some pictures of her, I don't see it. 

Just googled her,,,, she would have to pay me  60 mill before i would touch her.   ????
