webfact Posted September 20, 2019 Share Posted September 20, 2019 Thailand holds Vend ASEAN 2019 BANGKOK, 20 September 2019 (NNT) - A group of entrepreneurs from China is showcasing their vending machine and self-service facilities at the ASEAN (Bangkok) Vending Machine & Self-service Facilities Expo Vend ASEAN 2019 features vending machines and self-service facilities to respond to consumers who demand quick trading and online payments. Game and amusement equipment from more than 200 makers in 20 countries, including Thailand, are on display at over 500 booths. The expo was jointly organized by the Asia Pacific Vending Association and the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). Last year, a business matching event was held for entrepreneurs in the vending industry. With continuous growth in the tourism industry and the retail market, the Thai Retailers Association predicted that the retail market would expand by 3.1% this year. Therefore, retailers have to adapt to changes in consumer behavior by enhancing the shopping experience, expediting transactions and providing around-the-clock service. Entrepreneurs from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam have attended the expo to conduct business negotiations. Vend ASEAN 2019 will continue until September 21 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi province. The event expects to attract over 10,000 entrepreneurs and visitors.
