Retirement Visa Extension

Featured Replies

Would someone kindly point me to the download link for the forms for above.

I found it once before but 15 mins of searching hasn't managed to locate it.

Thanks

You only need a completed TM7 form with one 4 X 6 cm photo attached for the application. There is no special forms only for retirement.

You can download, complete and print two sided this Fillable TM7 form.pdf

They will give you some additional local forms to complete at immigration that are not available for download.

You can download all/any forms for use at Immigration here;

https://www.immigration.go.th/download/

However even in English format they're still listed in Thai.

In English the most commonly used forms by index number order are;Index for Immigration forms..odt

Manny forms on the immigration website are only available in a doc format that may be a problem due to formatting problems unless you have the correct progaram to open them.

This TM7 above is the latest version? In another thread someone claimed a slightly different version was the most recent version which he had used at Jomtien. The one he linked looked the same, as far as I could tell, but in the lower right corner of the second page it had a date ...

Will it make any difference which one I use at Jomtien or is one now out of date?

Thanks

Yes it is the most recent form.

Unless Jomtien has created their own version it certainly should be accepted.

Hi ubonjoe. No photo copies of the bank book, and letter from the bank, or are they happy they already have it from when you get the NON "O" retirement extension stamp?

You will need copies of almost everything again. Your bank book updated showing the 800k baht has been in the bank for 2 months on the date you happy and another letter from the bank.
