My 90 days will soon be up and i need to go to my local immigration and ask for a 60 day extension. What documents do i need to take and is there a form i need to fill out ? Marriage certificate and a copy of it, copies of your wife's house book registry and ID. Proof of residence to confirm you live where the office is located. You need a completed T7 application form with a 4 X 6 photo attached.
