libya 115 Posted March 23, 2007 Share Posted March 23, 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya City News: March 23rd 2007 Depressed Husband commits suicide by drinking a bottle of weed killer in Central Pattaya. Police Lieutenant Naroopon from Banglamung Police station was called to a house in Central Pattaya after reports of a fatality were received. Police arrived at house number 39 and inspected the body of Khun Nawa aged 37. His wife, Khun Aemon aged 39 made the discovery and explained that the couple had been married for 2 years. He used to work as a Security Guard in Soi Neun Pleub Wan but he recently lost his job. He began to drink heavily on a daily basis and on Friday Night the pair got into an argument over his excessive drinking habits. Khun Nawa apparently decided to end his own life and ingested an entire bottle of weed killer. Khun Aemon watched as her Husband lost consciousness. She attempted to summon assistance but her Husband had died before anyone could attempt to help him. Police checked the house and body and have recorded the death as a suicide.
