I sometimes like to start the morning with some congee so would like to know if anyone can recommend a place that serves this, preferably in the south Pattaya area?

There's one on Sukhumvit just opposite Klang just after Nern Plub Wan intersection. Served in individual porcelain bowl with crispy rice noodles topping.

 

No 'Pa Tong Ko' fried doughnut nearby though

 

Seem to be open almost 24 hours, maybe they close in late morning to lunch.
