libya 115 Posted March 23, 2007 Share Posted March 23, 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya People: March 23rd 2007 Drunken Biker Causes Accident The Pattaya police were informed that an accident occurred on Pattaya Beach Road – in front of Best Friends Bar and 3 people were injured. This occurred at 4 am on 23rd March. At the scene the police found a Yamaha Meo motorbike. Not far off was the driver; Tam aged 21, who was seriously injured. Even having his helmet on, his condition was serious because he had smashed into the footpath. His passenger; Pornthep, also 21, wasn’t badly hurt. However, both men were in a very drunken condition. The other motorbike that was found was a Suzuki Fresh, driven by a foreigner. The man’s name is unknown since he was in shock. All the injured were sent to the hospital. Witnesses stated that the Thai men were speeding and tried to overtake the foreigner’s bike but collided and crashed and all were injured.
