Is there something like a name register in thailand to find people ?

Helle over the 17 years I stay in thailand I meet many good friend , but some of them I lost contact also when I save there number yesterday one friend I not in contact 7 years she install line with her old number she use before, and we can communicate again

But this mostly never happen , I have a lot of names of friends where I lost contact , the leaving place I don’t know what happen to them, is there any possibility got access to a government name register to find them again ?

Line and FaceBook are going to be your best bet.

If there is, it is probably managed by the RTP, so:

It will crash whenever anyone tries to access it.

It will be backed up by a warehouse full of paper documentation that no-one ever looks at.

It will only by accessible through computers that use Windows XP and MS Office 2003.

It will have only outdated information, and most of the addresses and names will have been input incorrectly.
