Shipping one Important card from East Bangkok to Germany

Featured Replies

Hey,

I am an Exchange Student from GER and I need to send my GER student card back to my university (+ maybe 1 Paperpage).

The weight should be under 0,5 kg.

The document has to be In GER at the end of October/Beginning of November, otherwise I won’t get my Tuitonsfee of 290€ back.

The „Safe“ shipping is crazy expensive.

what would you suggest? I live in Hua Mak/ Bangkapi area.

than you in advance!

Send it as "e-packet", fully trackable online takes around 7 days

cost for 500grm = 335 b

Thai Post EMS service also quick, cheap, trackable and reliable.

Yes but that would be 900 baht which is 3x more and the OP is concerned about cost.

"Card"? Plastic card? And a sheet of paper?

Way less then 500 gr.

More like less then 20 gr.

Or do it get this wrong?

I sent stuff (letter) as simple registered airmail.

Cost in the 1xx Baht range (registration fee 80 Baht plus airmail fee).

Arrives in about 7 to 10 days.

Delay mostly by German customs.

Traceble to the recipient.
