BANGKOK(NNT) - The attempt to improve product quality from community enterprises will both help small businesses and protect customers. Central Lab Thai has launched a campaign allowing community enterprises to send their products for laboratory tests free of charge.

With this campaign, community enterprises can send their product samples through any Thailand Post office using EMS express shipping. The packages will be delivered to Central Lab Thai on the same day or within 2 days, depending on the distance, with a tracking service via the track.thailandpost.co.th website or Track&Trace Thailand Post app.

After receiving the product samples, the laboratory will perform tests and send the results and analysis to product owners via registered mail, free of charge.

This campaign is intended to help improve community enterprise product quality and add value to their products. For more information, call Central Lab Thai 0 2940 6881-3 ext 183.

I wonder how many good ideas will suddenly be discovered by larger companies ?

As customers, we should be able to send purchased product samples to the laboratory as well, and get the results and analysis of the product via registered mail, free of charge.
