I processed a TM 30 at CW Bangkok yesterday after an extended stay overseas. I arrived at CW 13:40 with only five ahead of me, and was done by !3:55. I asked the immigration officer about the online TM 30, and she directed me to a colleague at the front desk where they issue queue tickets. She downloaded an app called Section38 to my smartphone, took screenshots of my passport, home owners book etc. and registered me to the app. Confirmation with user ID and password was immediate, and I am now set up to process future TM 30's with a few keystrokes. 

Often staff at CW come in for a lot of criticism, but in this case could not have been more helpful. Well done and thank you Immigration at Chang Wattana. 

Thanks for report. I also was at CW yesterday for annual extension. I have always arrived around 8.30 and out about 3.30pm.

This time arrived 11.40am home 3.40pm which includes 1+ hour travel home. I was thinking of asking io for LINE. She was good sort and friendly. Then thought shut up and wait for 12 month stamp.
