Does anyone have a copy of the rules and regulations for Non-Immigrant Visa O requirements/criteria for consideration (in English)?  As I have misplaced mine and can't find it. I will go to immigration (CW) soon and I want to be totally prepared and have the correct one.

What exactly are you applying for?

There are several types of extension of stay for a entry from a non-o visa.

Or do you want to apply for a non immigrant (category O) visa at immigration.

I will be applying (done several times) for the one-year extension of stay based on retirement, with 800K in the bank, no need to travel outside of Thailand, only do the 90 day TM47. I need the English rules so that I can show the IO I am within the banking rules.  I tried to retrieve from the Thai Immigration site, but it keeps jumping back to Thai script whenever I press the English button.

The requirements on the immigration website are out  of date and do not show the changes that went into effect on March 1st.

This is the requirements from clause 2.22 of the police order.
