Retirement Extension for Non Imm O Renewal

Featured Replies

How early is permitted to apply for a renewal of a retirement extension? Thanks.

This seems to differ from office to office, some have allowed 45 days others 30 days other 15 days ... I'd ask where you got your last extension (as an aside, be sure you have a valid TM30 and that it matches the address on your last 90 day report)

If I recall correctly they will accept a application up to 30 days early.

I did mine at 45 days recently.
