Intranet System With Internet Access

We are a small German / Thai company working outside Bangkok.

We have a 'system' within the office complex linking a dozen or so computers, with central storage capacity. This is a disaster. (Home-made)

Is there anyone out there with professional ability to provide a satisfactory system that does not break down every three days?
