Orton Rd
Anyone used True gigatex service, is it worth upgrading from 200mbs or will it be just as up and down as far as speed reliability goes? Every upgrade never seems to stay better for very long for some reason. Now we are still on 50mbs but sometimes it drops to almost nothing and the signal cuts off a lot on wi fi. Never. If you use WIFI you cannot say anything about the quality of your internet connection. WIFI introduces so many problems... Connect your computer with a cable to your modem. If that doesn't work you can make a conclusion.
andy72
is that the same as connecting two tin cans with a piece of string? which cans are better and does the length and diameter of the string make a difference darn this new technologically wifi comes in many flavors A and B being the most common are you either A or B or do you swing both ways most do one has to ask though how fast is too fast does one really have to go to the giga extreme you have 50mb already for gods sake man control yourself this need for speed dont you just miss those tones of the old 56k modem at least you had time to make a coffee crack a can roll a spliff while the web page loaded there was no such thing as trolls they had ran out of steam by the time they tried to send a flaming response nude women were revealed like one of those pens you used to hold upside down to make the girl naked & thats enough said about that for the moment back to the biro
muratremix
Wifi on 2.4 ghz is like a filthy public bathroom. On 5 ghz, it could be <deleted> on Chinese routers like ZTE/Huawei because they are low end, but it works like charm on higher end Asus (or similar) routers.
