October 30, 20196 yr Dear Sir/Madame - Good day !! I am an Indian national married to a Thai. We have 2 kids aged 10 and 13 and both have been registered as Thai nationals and have their Thai IDs. My project is coming to an end and my Work Visa/Permit will be cancelled. I understand that I will be given 7 days stay once the cancellation is complete after which I need to leave Thailand. In these 7 days is it possible for me to apply for the Non O visa based on either spouse/children at the local Hatyai Immigration Office? I have all the applicable requisites (documents/bank statements/relationship proof) available for the Non O Visa. Look forward to your kind response at your earliest. Best, LokHkt

No. You cannot change from a Non B to a Non O in-country. However, immigration might allow you to change the reason for your stay to Spouse from Work using the existing B visa. I suggest you speak to the local office and ask about your options. They might insist you leave get a new Non O visa. Edited October 30, 20196 yr by elviajero
October 30, 20196 yr I suspect you have an extension of stay based upon working issued by immigration not a valid non-b visa. You will not get 7 days to leave the country unless your apply for it a pay the 1900 for an extension and be granted 7 days to leave the country. You should be able to change the reason for your extension to one based upon marriage without leaving the country.
