Thai visa in Da Nang, Vietnam

I am wondering if it's possible to make a Thai tourist visa from Da Nang. My hope is that I can employ some tourists agency to check my documents and send it to Hanoi or HCMC. Also if it's not possible and I need to go to Hanoi, how much time does it usually take to make a single-enty visa for 2 months?

A quick google search didn't give me results about a Thai visa from Da Nang that's why I am asking for an advice here. Thank you in advance.

You would have to apply in person at the embassy in Hanoi or the consulate in Ho Chi Minh City. At both of the them you apply the morning of one day dand and pickup the next afternoon.
