Does anyone know how to apply for a guardian visa even so your child is Thai ,

I have ask about the residence visa and seem to be being pointed towards the marriage visa when I read the residence visa cost 92000thb when married,

And any knows if the Non O immigrant visa with multiple entries will be reintroduce for people under 50s from the UK ,I heard the UK Gov has upset the Thai gov

A guardian visa does not exist. You can apply for a non-o visa based upon being the parent of a Thai.

You seem to be writing about applying for permanent residency. The obstacle for most people who want to apply for it is that you must be working and paying taxes for 3 year to apply.

A multiple entry non-o visa is still available at some other embassies and consulates for those from the UK. The reason for it not being available from the embassy in London is that the e visa system does not allow for it.
