Tourist visa to O visa

Hello, I changed my O-A visa in Savannakhet , not in an O because my embassy didn't sent me a document, but in a tourist visa

of course I want to have a O visa in my immigration, I have everything they ask for a O-A , so I think it's possible

when can I go to the immigration, now, two days after or I wait one month, and do I have a form to fill ( TM something …) ?

if yes, which one, I would like to fill it at home
