I am booked in for a Non Imm visa on December 3rd.  I am assured that I can convert this to Non Imm O marriage extension when I get to Chiang Mai.

What documents, proofs, insurances are required at this time. Thanks.

Marriage certificate and a copy of it. Copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card signed by her.

Copies of your passport photo page and Lao entry stamp.

Completed application form with 2 photos attached. And 2000 baht for the fee.

No insurance is needed for a non-o visa.
