I was the only person there when the office opened at 8:30. in addition to what is quoted on the website they required: A map (hand drawn) of where I live. Photos of me outside the house with the house number visible. Only 1 photo. Confirmation letter from the bank, copy of passport, bank book, completed TM7 and 1,900THB were as website. Why would anyone need an agent? Since the new requirment for a mandatory health insurance it should be interesting to know if your initial visa was an O or an OA.
