Hello. I'm holding a NON-B visa and it will expire on Jan 23. I'll be travelling outside the country on the 5th of December 2019 departed from Chiang Mai airport.

May I ask if I could get an RE-ENTRY PASS im CM aiport on the same day of my flight?

Unfortunately, I dont have enough time to go to the Local Immigration Office..

Yes you can but leave plenty of time to get it.  They keep moving the Kiosk around so I do not know where it is now but it is always BEFORE you go through immigration.  NOT after.

This is very helpful to me.

However, may I ask if there’s a price difference between the “Local Immigration Office” against “Chiang Mai Airport kiosk”?

Suggest you ask at the airline desk when you check in.  They should know where it is now.

You can only get the re-entry permit at CNX if you are clearing immigration at Chiang Mai airport.  If flying domestic to BKK & checking into international flight there, have to apply at BKK.  Depends on the relationship between your airlines.

Thank you for this tip. I’ll keep this info for my future reference.

Anyhow, I’ll be flying from Chiang Mai straight to Taiwan.
