Future Forward party leader Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit has submitted his resignation as a member of the House budget scrutiny committee effective tomorrow, claiming his presence in the committee is not welcome.

The firebrand politician said today that he decided to quit on November 20th when the Constitutional Court disqualified him as an MP for holding media shares in family-run V Luck Media Company when he registered his election candidacy.

He said that he had not told anyone about his decision until today, adding that he did not have any conflict with other committee members and that party secretary-general Piyabutr Saengkanokkul will take his place.

Best man for Thailand. That´s the reason why the generals hate him

The economy will sink the PM, eventually industry, trade, exporters, businesses will gather together to force an election to rid the country of a leader who has no knowledge of what it takes to run a country.

A military man who spouts orders to subordinates to get things done doesn't cut it in the world of politics or finance. His days are numbered, he will be replaced and I only hope the people of Thailand get off their collective butts to choose a better person who can do the job.
