jiffypop
Hey guys, I need to extend my marriage visa (for the second time, first time was in chiang mai). My wife is very busy with her job. Is it required that she go with me, or can I hand in the paperwork myself.
elviajero
You need a good reason for her not to attend. I doubt work would swing it! You should arrange the application appointment around her work.
jiffypop
Well since she works a full time job, I suppose she will be forced to take time off work.

My wife takes a day every year. You're not important enough to her to do that? This is Thailand. People routinely come in hours late and leave at will. My wife works in central BKK office. Why is yours so important? I can't see them granting you an extension especially as this is only your second. But hey, thanks for the laff 1 1
