libya 115 Posted March 30, 2007 Share Posted March 30, 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya People: March 30th 2007 Hi-Low Gamblers Arrested The crime suppressing team of Pattaya police station found out that a Hi-Low gambling group regularly goes on in a room of Ban Kao Karat Condo, Soi Arunothai therefore organized for the team to take police volunteers out there to make an arrest. The arrest was made at 00.40 am on 30th March when they arrived to find a lot of noise coming out of the room. The team made their way in and was able to capture 7 out of the 10 people together with gambling evidence. Mr. Jamlong, aged 43, was charged for providing a gambling place, Miss Thaworn, aged 25, was charged for being the dealer and the rest were charged for gambling. If its a Farlang the penalty will be the Death sentence followed up by being charged with working without a permit and then deported in that order.
