The court set the Premchai’s, Yong Dodkrua’s and Thanee Thummat’s bail at one million baht each. The fourth defendant, Mrs. Nathee Riamsaen, received 22 months, suspended for two years. December 14, 20196 yr Obviously no shortage of people who are totally out of touch with legal process in their home countries. Bail pending appeal is not unusual in most Western countries.

So is this bail while he waits to appeal against the last appeal?
