Difficult to believe the prime minister would break the law in public by using an e-cigarette in Thailand when they are illegal and can lead to arrest and prosecution with a sentence of up to 10 years.

He loves his own voice and barking orders, I can well believe he could speak for that long.

Well, obviously he used cannabis oil behind his ear according to another thread a couple of days ago, so why not vaping....
