I have been away from BKK for few months and now I find that my satellite KU-Band is not working rang my dealer, but I think has gone has the phone is always on busy. Need to know if and where I can download the software to update my bios.

I have a Siver Box F1.

Dynasat are not putting out the new firmware anymore you will have to take your silver box to there shop in bangkok. Or keep calling your dealer.
