Thai Health Promotion Foundation’s chief executive officer Doctor Supreda Adulyanon, together with officials from related organisations, held a campaign against drinking during the upcoming New Year holidays, at Victory Monument December 25.

Organisations joining the campaign included Youth Network of New Face Drinker Prevention, Stop Drink Network, and twenty others related to children, youth, and family matters.

Thais love a good joke  but ut wont help one bit. Problem with thais is They dont take there cop force serious so why stop drink driving?

I don't read drink-driving, I read drinking...

Thais stop drinking? When hell freezes over.

Interesting how no one ever stands up and suggests that the police become proactive in law enforcement, as this is the main problem with most issues on Thai roads-in addition to weak penalties

I found the photo of them directing their attention at the passengers on the bus amusing - why, oh why, would they target those people?! If they're taking the bus, they're not a harm to the general public.

They are just warning the people that the Bus driver could be drunk.

From the headline, I thought that they were advising that drivers have a 'smoke' before driving. LOL

If that were the case, shouldn't they be making the bus driver aware of the whole no drinking and driving campaign? Again, the passengers aren't the people who need to be targeted.
