Speaks English and seems very competent. Under the overpass that goes from 3rd road to Bali Hi. Go towards Thrarappaya and then take the the U turn before the lights and he is directly opposite. I called in Tharappaya or whatever but that map seems to call it Sai 2? Basically as you bear left where third road continues up and over it is the first chance to U turn to come back the way you have just come.
