Visa and work permit extension

Good morning everyone and happy New Year,

 

I have a short question. My visa non b as well as my work permit is valid until 30/04/2020. However afer 15 April I will have to go to visit my home, in Europe. That time I can't go to Immigration and Labour Office.So the question is- can I extend my  visa non b and work permit e.g. before Songran (13-15/04) ?

A extension of stay can be applied for up to 30 days early it your employer has the supporting document ready.

I don't think the work permit can be extended that early. I think it is 2 weeks for it. But you should be able to apply for your one year extension without it being extended. You employer could get the work permit done while you are out of the country.
