Yup, low season bust cycle is upon us, with new happy bar owners being reeled in during high season. The constant fluctuation in Pattaya must be mind-boggling, one would need to go through the whole of the city at least weekly. And if somebody searches for registered companies... has it truly changed, that you use the registered name for the licensing, and then give it any name you like on the sign? Makes the paperwork easy, and the above mentioned change of ownership also. At least in Phuket, it was ever this way (sometimes you saw the "true" registerered name in tiny Thai script on top of the signs, to make this "legal" -- for a map app like this, this gotta be poison).
