January 10, 20206 yr Sorry if this topic has been asked and answered but couldn't find anything specific. Short back story - currently on 90-day Non-O family visa with intent to convert to 1-year visa based on marriage (in Chiang Mai). - My 90-day Non-O visa expires on 19 Jan. In mid Dec 2019, I received a job offer in the US but still waiting on administrative hurdles before I can depart. My tentative start date has been extended to 1 Feb but can start sooner as I am hoping the hurdles will be clear soonest. - With the 19 Jan expiration fast approaching, what is my best possible option to extend? Thanks in advance
January 10, 20206 yr You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife. You wife will have to be with you. You will your marriage certificate and a copy, copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card.
January 10, 20206 yr Author Thanks ubonjoe. I already have all of what you mentioned from the initial application of the 90 day Non-O. Hopefully I won't need it but better to have it than having to make an out & back to another country....or an overstay ????
January 10, 20206 yr Author ubonjoe, any specific extension form I need or will they provide that at immigrations...better to have the form completed prior to entering the circus tent
