The Nong Prue police have announced the arrest of a Chinese man after a compatriot was attacked and robbed of a van outside a 7-Eleven before Christmas.

A warrant for the arrest of Chern, 46, was issued by the Pattaya court this week following the incident on December 23rd.

Chern was arrested by a detail of Nong Prue and international affairs police in Soi 14 off Jomtien Beach Road yesterday.

Nong Prue police chief Pol Col ChitdechaSonghong said that the arrest was made after Liu Bao reported that he had been attacked and his Toyota Vellfire van stolen.

CCTV outside the Saknork branch of 7-Eleven showed a black Alphard van park in front of Liu's vehicle and a white Alphard park behind him hemming him in.

Then several men got out and attacked him and drove him and his van to Huay Yai before leaving him by the side of the road and taking his vehicle.

The incident is related to a financial dispute with the person behind the attack claiming they were owed money related to a building construction debt.

Turn it into Sinoukville , Chinese outta Control

Interesting he went to the police and had him arrested.

Someone in his family back in China will pay dearly for that.

and just what construction were they doing?  Permits?  Visas all proper?

This is just the start of things to come rival Chinese gangs

The Chinese will take over much of the world in the not too distant future. They've been setting the scene for years.

There are three main issues I see:

1. Westerners consider long term planning 5 years or so

2. SE Asians consider long term planning what's for dinner

3. Chinese consider long term planning generational.
