Thai man’s penis begins to rot after he got it trapped in homemade sex toy

A young Thai man in Bangkok thought he would get some sexual gratification with a small length of aluminium pipe. 

 

Unfortunately, even though it had all worked out fine before, he couldn't get his member out again. 

 

Perhaps embarrassed by what had happened he carried on with his life with the pipe attached. 

 

And waited five days before calling the Rom Sai rescue service. 

 

They used equipment usually employed to cut rings from fingers - and it took three hours to get the man's "younger brother" free. 

 

However, the damage was done, reported Daily News. 

 

Doctors determined that 90% of the man's penis was rotten and there was no other course of action but to amputate. 

 

Rom Sai worker Jirayu, 22, said the pipe (the aluminium one) was only 2 inches long and the 21 year old man who had got his "nong chai" stuck had wanted to put a kink in it as well as enjoy an orgasm. 

 

He said he was told that it had all worked out fine before. 

 

A mental health professional called Dr Warot told the media that sexual activity of this kind was not a sign that someone was mentally ill. 

 

Lots of people do it and it has been done since the times of the Greeks and Romans, he said.

People may tend to address this occurrence with humor because it's about sex but this is really a tragedy as real as someone being blinded, etc. His delay in seeking help is also understandable and related to the embarrassment and taboos about sexuality.

Water melon is more expensive.
