Gary A Posted April 5, 2007 Share Posted April 5, 2007 Thai lawyers are VERY accommodating. They do their absolute best to make you happy. They will write you any kind of a contract you want and it will say exactly what you want it to say. That certainly doesn't mean it's legal and chances are that it's NOT legal. The last one I had wrote a contract for myself and a former Thai partner. When I went to pick up my copy that law firm didn't know me and didn't remember any contract they wrote for me. Being a lawyer IS certainly a good occupation. If they are too stupid to make a living being a lawyer, they are appointed judges or turn to politics.
