Samsen Road, in the Phra Nakhon district of Bangkok, was identified as the most polluted of the 56 areas experiencing dust above the safe level, with airborne PM2.5 measured at 91 microns today, according to the Pollution Control Department (PCD).

Some of the other badly affected areas today include:

Lat Phrao Soi 95 in Wang Thong Lang district, 83 microns

Tambon Khlong Toei in Khlong Toei district, 81 microns

Rama III-Charoenkrung Road in Bang Khor Laem district, 80 microns

Petkasem Road in Phasi Charoen district, 75 microns

The levels of PM2.5 in the atmosphere in and around Bangkok ranged from 54 to 91 microns.

The department said that members of the public can keep updated on the latest air quality news through bangkokairquality.com, Air4Thai.com or via the Air4Thai application.

What do you check the density of PM 2.5 with, it seems a little low to 91 microns?
Here in Nakhon Sawan it has been much above 100 microns for weeks now ...

You sure you talk about microns in Nakhon Sawan not the AQI?
as 91 microns are about 170 AQI!

The "  Local " District Health Office at Pluakdaeng ( Close Sattahip ) has been issuing readings of over 150 for more than a week now.

As I post this its saying 122. The best for more than a week, but there is a little wind today. Maybe thats helping.

A fabulous inept government, not protecting the people, and not engaging in any sort of pro-active work, or coming up with any creative ideas. The army is in so far over their heads. If the economic problems, and the decimation of the tourism industry was not enough, this is. The people must demand that Prayuth and his cronies step down now. Resign! Get out now. You are despised by your people. You have many deaths on your hands. Your people are dying, and you have been a part of the creation of these problems.
