moving yellow tabian baan

Has anyone had any experience moving from one yellow tabien baan to another in a  different municipality office. I am lead to believe you cancel your old one at your existing office and receive a letter which you take to the new office. I am also led to believe you don't need any documentation ( as per the original application e.g copies of passports or residents letters from Immigration ) … Thanks in advance.
