UK citizen married to a Thai in Thailand want to get wed in England to the same girl

If your marriage is registered in Thailand in a Ampure Register and not a "Village Wedding" then you are in a legal marriage recognized in UK.

Guess it depends why you want to "marry again" in the UK.
As others have posted you need to know FOR SURE what kind of marriage you already have.

It is possible to "Renew Your Wedding Vows" in the UK either at a church or in a another venue, however this assumes that you are legally married in the first place.

If you have a marriage certificate here, then you are legally married.

If you don't have, then you are not.

If you bother to read the thread. A THAI MARRIAGE IS RECOGNIZED IN UK. Means same as getting married in UK.
