Angkoon from Prachuab Khirikhan on a Honda Wave was killed near the entrance to Wat Thap Khang in the Khao Yoi area of Petchaburi just before 7 pm. Police released a video of the vehicle they think caused the death of the rider. It was caught on CCTV entering the Thap Khang housing estate nearby. The license plate is not known. Why can't the police see that having a reg plate is a good idea? Durrr so many cars and bikes without plates why.?and don't say its a new car.
